We give you the opportunity to use your best friend vouchers and
pre-order the bears first!
To become a member of the Charlie bears best friend club just e-mail us contact us with your address asking for an application form.

How to use your £10 Best friend voucher:

First of all please e-mail to notify that you want to use your voucher. In the e-mail include your best friend's membership number, your name and the bear(s) you would like to purchase.

Then send your Voucher to

Then either send full payment for the bear(s) less the voucher(s) in the form of a cheque, or go on to the site order the bear(s) you would like, using our total safe banking system stating in the information box that you have posted the vouchers and the no of the voucher.
And once we have received the voucher we will refund £10.00 or more
back into your account.
