It shows Tha Artful Dodger teaching a young Oliver Twist to pickpocket the well-to-do folk of London town, their intention being to steal silk handkerchiefs.. The scene shows a policeman who is giving chase to young Oliver. Also in the scene is the notorious Bill Sykes with his dog, Bullseye. In the background of the vase old timber framed buildings loom over the streets of old London town, with shop windows brightly lit and passers by browsing the merchandise on offer.
