This special piece Has a special place in hugh edwards and wife Maureen's heart reflecting their family as part of a collection of lamps and a limited piece
After a childhood for both my wife and myself in Worcestershire, we married and moved to rural Essex and worked in the City of London. Two of my daughters live in Cheshire and one of them works there. The other works at Moorcroft in Staffordshire. My third daughter lives and works in Essex while my son lives and works in Bristol. This is a Family Through Flowers!
This piece combines the cowslip (flowers of worc) and the rosebay willow herb (flower of the city of london) dispersed with butterflies.
All Lamps come with Silk Shades that have been chosen over many years to complement the shape of the lamp base
The Circle of Life Collection reflects on how hugh and his wife maureen bought a run down moorcroft in 1986 and with the help of the workers and as a team they have for the last 25 years been at the helm of one of the last prestige pottery's in burslem stoke on trent. which this collection celebrates
