The baroque era was characterized by its attention to lavish details. Our Sir Edward Teddy bear is inspired by this period of opulence and splendor. He is sumptuously costumed in a manorial coat sewn from a rich Jacquard fabric. Under his coat, he wears a tailored dupion silk vest. Both his coat and vest are trimmed with burnished golden buttons

A special material has been selected for the body of this distinguished bear - a unique old golden coloured batik mohair. Sir Edward´s jabot around his neck is made from exquisite handmade lace. This lace also trims the cuffs of Edward´s sleeves. As a finishing touch, a gold horizontal stitch across his nose confirms Sir Edward´s noble status.

Jointed, Safety eyes and stuffed with synthetic filling material , with gold-plated "Button in Ear". and Surface Washable.
