Steiff's 1908 Replica Teddy Bear is based one spotted by a Steiff designer on the cover of a London auction house catalogue in 2004. Finally, the replica is available to everyone! He is made from a unique mohair fur made by Steiff Schulte. The pile is pale salmon, with faded tipping and a cinammon backing which gives him warmth and texture.
