And for just as long, Mickey’s rival Pete has been trying to win the hand of the self-confident Minnie. But no luck there... The two are just as inseparable today as they were in 1928, when Mickey won Minnie over. Steiff's Mickey Mouse is made from the finest, glossy Trevira velvet in black, with a white face, golden brown shoes and his famous big hands! He wears red velvet shorts with buttons and has big, round ears and a long tail!
